Very little bicep separation, some shoulder / chest definition. But no visible abs, some love handles <br />Basically I look like regular “fit”/skinny guy in clothes but soft with my shirt off </p>

Here&#8217;s my most recent photo. This is after cutting for around 8 weeks and 182 pounds bodyweight. I got really low in calories (1800) and hit a hard plateau. For the last week I’ve been just eating what I want and gained about 3-5 pounds of water/glycogen/fat.</p>

However, I have derailed myself by program hopping,crash cutting, and only dedicating myself to 2-3 bulks within this time period.I also learned last year I am hypogonadal which doesn’t help, and have since started 135mg TRT per week.
