<p>If you had a client that was trying to push up and they worked a very active job (15k steps minimum) and they had to eat a lot of food in order to get into a surplus. </p>

<p>Last night my top set on smith shoulder press I get a pop in my medial delt on the eccentric and instantly had to stop the workout, it was more of a “pop” than a tear I think and now im just mentally fucked and feel down. <p>Yeah mate, slowly take them up. I am being conservative atm as i am currently moving house and not able to train properly so i am kind of just doing what i can and then once i&#8217;m settled and can train at full capacity I&#8217;ll ramp the food right up.</p>
