<p>What are your reasons for starting with back exercises on your leg + pull day? From what I&#8217;ve read, you start with pulls from the floor on the pre-rest training day, but you still continue with back exercises instead of moving on to legs after the pulls.</p>

<p>My Plan was a max. 24 weeks push, would you stay on upper/lower and start the cut earlier?</p>

<p>By not stopping in the near future, I generally meant competitive bodybuilding. Further competitions are not planned directly after this one.</p>
<p>So far, your opinion is the same as mine, but I would like to know more:</p>
<p>Do you take everything out and do a natural recovery or would you follow the protocol of a PCT (picture attached)?</p>

<p>I would like to know how you do your post-competition recovery phase if you don&#8217;t plan to stop competing?</p>

<p>1. would you do a PCT until blood work is normal<br /><span>1.1. with or without protocol?</span></p>
<p>2. TRT until blood work is normalized</p>
<p>3. offseason dosage at minimum for 5-6 weeks, then start offseason</p>
