<p>Been dropping weight since start of august. Down to 96kg from 105. Im at 3350kcal atm and weight is constant at Thise cals. Doing  fb eod trainingwise.<br />
aim is to be in a good spot to increase food .i might Think a some more kilo’s and i’ll be good to go. Wanted to know what you all Think </p>

<p>I think 20 min would be a good start point but how many times per week would you suggest to start with?</p>

<p>Also, the only time that I&#8217;m able to do it is post wokrout, would it hinder growth?</p>

I&#8217;ve decided I want to incorporate some running into my routine again. I used to love running back in the day and I want to feel that feeling again, so this morning I went out for my first run instead of my usual morning cardio on the bike. I&#8217;m definitely going to continue with this and build my endurance back up again.</p>
