<p><span>I do U/L/U rest L/U/L rest.</span></p>
<p>I do Upper A and Lower A in the 6-10 rep range, upper b and lower b in the 12-20 rep range sometimes 30 reps+ on legs if i want to test my mettle a bit. </p>
