<p>Please have a look at my training plan and let me know what you think. I am planning on training upper, lower, rest but on the rest day I would like to do four sets for abs, incline walk for 30 to 40 minutes, then sauna and ice bath. I am 89kg approximately 11% body fat. I have trained for years but always a four day bro split.&hellip;</p>
