Any benefits from slowing down the repspeed..For exampel a 6-1-4-1 speed..like Milos. Or just keep it explosive with a controlled negative&#8230;? Charles Poliquin was also using this teqnique a lot.. thoughts???</p>

If i up the t3 dose to 50mcg should i double the t4 aswell..all at night ot how do i time it? Thanks</p>

Lately heard lots of healthbenefits from metformin use. Thought it was bad for bodybuilders cause it inhibits mtor but now hearing that it doesnt affect skeletonmuscle-growth. Whats your opinión? Doses? All year use or during cut/bulk?  </p>
