I just received some bloodwork back. This is based off 150mg Test for a while. Wanted guidance on if you see anything here which needs correcting fast.

The way I see it my HDL is low, my ferritin/iron stores are too high and my ALT is a little high. My test levels are also higher than I thought for using 150mg Test. I am certain…

Question for you please,

I’m 280lbs right now looking to come down to 260 over the next 8-12 weeks. Never competed in BB just set myself this weight as a goal.

My current plan is maintaining me at 128kg.

Where would you debit from and how much by?

Is it a good idea to start to have my carbs in the morning and post workout then go pro veg…

Wondering if you have a generic number of weeks you aim to be on TRT for before going back on again, or does this all simply come down to bloods. Thanks Rob

One more thing I was wondering, I’m going to be pulling from my carbs as I start to increase my calorie deficit, I know it’s hard to speak in general terms but would this be a good approach to it if I was targeting 12 weeks to get in shape. My protein is at 1.2g/lb:

Weeks 1-4 = 300 carbs
