I love a 20 rep set, but as BW climbs in an offseason, my CV can&#8217;t cope</p>

<p>Normally wake up down pre shake 1ltr of 50g clear whey 5 g creatine 5g glutamine 4g taurine 25g maltdextrin 1g pink salt </p>
<p>Intra 1 ltr 5g creatine 5 g glutamine 25g maltdextrin electrolyte tablet </p>
<p>Then post work out is 30 mins after work out 60g whey 100g cereal 25g&hellip;</p>

Is there any benefit or am I able to run it indefinitely as well as daily?</p>
