<p>I am preparing for european championships and am looking for more size overall but in general improving my front pose by adding more size in the lats and quads. </p>
<p>I right now training on a 2 on 1 off split using push pull legs with slightly more volume and pushed my weight already 10kg from contest. Now am thinking of either using an&hellip;</p>

You have run back and legs for 3 weeks and you were still progressing in lifts with no loss in performance. This is a wamup for my main show arnold classic spain. I compete in 85kg.</p>

<p>Cycle was 500 test 400 prima 300 tren 300 mast 4iu gh. I kept test primo for 9 weeks only last 4 weeks started tren and mast.</p>
<p>arimidex 1 ed</p>
<p>T3 back to 25mcg but scaled to 50mcg for 4 days&hellip;</p>

<p>A) are you putting weight more on one foot then another check c</p>
<p>B) are you flat footed? Do you need orthotics? If you use them have they become worn out?</p>
<p>C) Check for weakness in the glute medius and the glute max. Perform clams on both sides and see if there is&hellip;</p>
