The best way to do this if you are cooking the same every time (i.e with a rice cooker, same amount of water and same amount of rice) weight it Raw, then weigh it cooked and divided that by how many meals you require. 5 x 100g jasmine rice &#8211; 500g raw weight. weigh it cooked divide by 5. job done. </p>

<p>Landed in Oslo this morning and all settled. A bit of a chew in the airport with getting through but nothing too stressful. </p>
<p>Got a shop in, some great produce here especially seafood so I got plenty of that </p>

<p>Deadlift day today! I&#8217;ve shifted around this session a bit now as my adductors and hams were not recovering at all for the additional work i have on this day, it&#8217;s fine when I&#8217;m off season and eating in a surplus but it&#8217;s a no go in a deficit</p>
