<p>Tuesday upper pump</p>
<p>Thursday lower pump</p>
<p>Saturday upper load</p>
<p>Sunday lower load </p>
<p>And I’m thinking of adding in a SLDL somewhere(I was thinking on the lower load day) but my question is, is the upper back work going to effect my SLDL the next day? is it going to effect upper back recovery? Would it be worth taking the upper back&hellip;</p>

<p>Saturday- upper load</p>
<p>Sunday- lower load</p>
<p>Tuesday- upper pump</p>
<p>Thursday- lower pump </p>

<p>This was today’s upper load 1 (new gym, new exercises, new baselines, now to progress at all costs)</p>
