Recently started training upper/lower/rest and seeing some good progress so far. From the education series JP has the set up with 3 sessions for each and in a video I watched Kuba discussed the set up with 2 sessions for each. Just wondering what folks experiences are of this set up using 2 or 3 sessions and what would be more beneficial.

Currently doing full body eod with sessions based on the template Jordan posted to IG.

Question regarding leg rotation, would it be beneficial to have a fully quad focussed heavier day and then glute/ham focussed day and the same on the higher rep days or should the whole leg be trained each session?

Watching some of Jordan’s and others videos of upper back work they seem to have great scapula retraction and upper back recruitment. This is the only area I struggle to recruit, grow and generally engage.

Any tips would be appreciated

Thanks
