<p>EQ 500mg </p>
<p>Per week </p>
<p>Hgh 2iu per day </p>
<p>Training days I&#8217;m eating 850g carbs </p>
<p>I have </p>
<p>110g pre workout </p>
<p>36g intra workout </p>
<p>100g post workout </p>

<p>I&#8217;m just a little confused if it&#8217;s better to take insulin pre workout or post workout and what does&hellip;</p>

<p>When I ran npp before the only problems I had were increased prolactin which I managed with some caber can&#8217;t remember the exact dose I was running as was quite a while ago and I&#8217;ve not got the notes recorded anymore </p>

<p>I don&#8217;t know whether to add in primo which I&#8217;ve never used before or npp which I have used, or should I just run the mast alot higher ?</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been training upper/lower/rest repeat and my strength has gone up ridiculously especially on legs I was doing 84kgs for 9 reps now 126kgs for 9 on leg extension in the space of 9 weeks, maybe this could be&hellip;</p>

<p>Weighed in at 13 stone 4 3/4 down from 13 stone 6 yesterday maybe effects of the masteron, was upper day and stuck on plan with the added 50g carbs and 15 mins of cardio still the same </p>

<p>Protein 350g</p>

<p>Fats 60g</p>
