<p>After some advice, I’m on TRT at the moment and I’m going through the motions of trying to improve my sperm count in order to have a baby. Ive been taking these for about 10 weeks now:</p>
<p>HCG: 200iu daily<br />
HMG: 75iu MWF</p>

Defo looking at a Watson single station pulley system as don’t think I’ll have the room for a double and I was thinking of a leg press as I’m not getting on with squats every leg day atmo haha.
