<p>Lower, upper , lower,  rest, upper , lower </p>
<p>Given what Jordan says about frequency I thought I would try it.</p>
<p>Have you seen this work with clients, assuming following is very low on the leg days?</p>
<p>Something like </p>
<p>Leg day 1:  2 quads, 2 hamstring, 2 glutes, 1 adductor</p>

<p>I am currently designing a new programme to allocate a lot more volume to leg training. </p>
<p>Training upper/lower/rest </p>
<p></p>
<p>Due to time constraints I need to split legs into quads/adductors and hamstring/glutes </p>

<p>My question is &#8211; would there be much of an issue doing one in the AM and one in the PM on the same day?</p>
<p>E.g.</p>

<p>Thanks &#8211; actually these are the worst they will be, surgery was 3 months ago, so much smaller than pre and now surgery is done I can train them much better than even before surgery </p>

<p>I would like to compete once in my life, 38 now and would like to do it before I am 40.</p>

<p>I am not sure what division would be best for my physique type / look.</p>

<p>I have attached some pics at what I estimate to be about 6-8 weeks out, 5ft 9 and around 90kg in these photos.</p>

<p>Any advice would be helpful &#8211; especially in any obvious weaknesses&hellip;</p>
