<p>Yes mate, more focused on hypertrophy rather than raw numbers. But of course we need those strength gains &amp; progressive overload for the muscle size to increase. </p>
<p><span>Full body has served me well whenever I go back to it, but I&#8217;m a few years older since I ran that type of programming.</span></p>

I&#8217;m usually fine, and overreach well before start to doubt my programming or even start to think about cutting back or deloading. </p>

<p>38 male, resumed training 6 months ago after a 12 month break due to full time work and eventually full time carer for elderly family members.</p>
<p>Just wanted a bit of guidance where to go from here. Current 1RM lifts are 140kg SQ, 100kg BP, 160kg SLDL. Height 5&#8217;7&#8243;/170cm,&hellip;</p>
