Thanks Max really appreciate the insight and will try that.

Also, thanks Claire I will try maybe a slow walk on the treadmill but it is sore even just walking normally as due to blood thinners I am limited on pain relief which is the most annoying part.

Has anybody ever had a hematoma and can help with any suggestions on how to try and get it better quicker. I have one currently in quad and the pain is unreal. The doctors are saying it can take months to break down which annoys me as it means I can’t train lower body all this time. Any help would be appreciated.
