Long only because the drive back took 6 hours instead of 2.5 , I don’t mind as I just listen to podcasts but I woke up at my lowest body weight and felt felt depleted. And a 12iu hit will still spike / activate up to 4 hours later so there isn’t a huge point in taking it post workout as well. Hence a top up meal 3 just to make  sure those carbs get sucked right up </p>

<p>In a surplus I wouldn’t do this. I find it makes me too efficient </p>

<p>2 nights ago, Chris cut my GH dose by 1/2, so last 2 nights I’ve taken 7.5 iu. He</p>
<p>Wants to see how much fulness / weight this 15iu dosage is causing. </p>

<p>I quite like the look on 7.5 on lol, tighter sharper and bigger in some areas </p>

<p>Rest day today. Only change is he’s taken out the 300g rice from meal</p>

<p>Being close to 10 lbs up in the space of a week definitely has its downsides I’m very tired all the time &#8211; sleepy tired &#8211; and my lower back is in pain due to everything getting tight</p>

<p>20 lbs over stage weight now. About 11 weeks till the O. That’s about perfect for me now so I’ll maintain this weight for the next 1-2 weeks then pass things over to Chris to prep me for the Olympia </p>
