I even added extra calories yesterday by way of a double cheese burger from burger king. No fries etc just a burger on top of my regular meals</p>
<p>I can already tell my body will be stubborn at this weight</p>
<p>Which is fine. If I can some more even better! If not that&#8217;s ok.</p>
<p>If I chose a show further away I&#8217;d push up to 280</p>

Mainly from a performance but also a health stand point too. Cover all my bases so to speak </p>
<p>Made all meat meals beef. Main reason is I find i am always always stronger and fuller when I eat more beef, also sick of chicken lol.<br />

<p>Feel veeery depleted I’ll be running a high food day today. Not a crazy one. As I haven’t actually lost weight this week still </p>
<p>High day will be &#8211; added 300-350g carbs, added 50-60 fats, around training and also one evening meal </p>
<p>I excepted a 2-3 lbs gain for tomorrow but it’s definitely needed. </p>

I think after 18 years of lifting I’m learning the signs of when to back off a little before it gets to the point where I can’t do much at all.  </p>

Dropping quite fast for now but I know it’ll level out. </p>
<p>Appetite good, strength great, sleep perfect, feel healthy can’t complain.</p>
<p>I say I feel healthy meaning my blood pressure feels in a good place. I am prone my BP rising. New diet doing it’s thing. Lower drugs also feel loads better, haven’t lost size or fulness (yet) but feel sharper. </p>
<p>Decided to do arms to as I am filming for the site. Meant to be chest as normal on a Tuesday but we filmed chest last month. </p>
