Maybe start by adding 2000 to your usual daily activity then use it as one of your tools to taper up from every time fat loss slow.

Took me 12 months off everything to get back in a good range. So if you can’t get supps just stay healthy, eat well , keep training and stay positive you’ll most likely be ok buddy

I’d say Clen attacks fat loss differently so it won’t be too much to add it in BUT I’d hold off for now, let the t3/t4 do their thing then add Clen in to keep progressing the fat loss. Use tools progressively instead of all at once

I’d put close grip smith into arm and delt day.

And on push A I’d alternate machine dip with push downs.

BUT being an arm day guy ( I do delts too on arm day) I wouldn’t be scared to use both those compounds. Just choose your volume wisely

Thanks for the reply! Would you replace one of the tricep movements on the arm day, with the close grip smith? Or in addition to the other movements?
I’d replace it bud, volume looks good for now so see how it feels first. But if you find you’re flying though maybe add another movement.

    You’re welcome ?
Appreciate that mate. I’ll give that a go
Cool keep us posted 🙂

Hi mate what do you use as peri carbs? Maybe try make those easier digesting , then stuff like oats further away. I also find fruit (fructose) sometimes interferes with other carbs too for some people. If you digest carbs well I’m general, I don’t think you “need” to cram more in Peri workout either. Spread them out, it won’t make a difference to training much but it’ll allow you get them in easier.

Pre for getting the strength / pump benefits, then close to the end of a diet / prep add in a 2nd dose at the other end of the day for aesthetic benefits (hard / dry look )
But it does hit your joints a little after a while I think. But I love winny 🙂

Agree with both H and Clare I think keeping things as basic as possible whilst still progressing is best before throwing in any spicy sets, but also make sure you’re having fun. If you’re not having fun you won’t be as consistent / excited to go for it hard.
So it’s how YOU feel with your current training..?
