I&#8217;ve never hit my forearms directly tbh and found the best growth was when they were hit secondary during back work. </p>

However, it&#8217;s down to what you get on with better. Much like hilly has said , I would start with 20mcg clen , assess tolerance and go from there with the potential to add in Yohimbine if fat loss starts to stall. But remember more is not always better, so if you get a good response&hellip;</p>

That way it&#8217;s settled and I don&#8217;t get that heavy feeling during training! I used to know someone that ate it on the way to the gym and then started training! Crazy! But as I said, everyone is different! So find what works for you! </p>

A really good day today filming for the YouTube! We filmed an upper session , which went very well! So super happy with how things went training wise! Posing was good today aswell! So all in all a good day! I have legs tomorrow, so fingers crossed this energy transfers over! aha! Onwards we go! </p>

If doing it in the morning is the only time you can do it, then pop it fasted. I personally like to do mine fasted and in the AM, purely for the fact I like to start my day with it/its part of my routine. </p>

However, much like the other athletes have said, being in a deficit will cause you to flatten regardless, it&#8217;s just about how you go about micro managing things. If your output is high outside of the gym, I doubt cardio will be needed. If&hellip;</p>
