Am I best having the supplements drank in one go rather than spreading across the morning? </p>

Or is the trade off in training push the following day not worth it? </p>

I’m looking at it from the angle of progressing my lifts week to week. </p>
<p>Been Training U/L rest for the past 12 weeks now. My weekend sessions are fine as I use the same gym, I’m looking at the best way to programme a U and L&hellip;</p>

Due to work commitments and working away from home Monday to Friday. It’s very difficult for me to train on mondays and fridays as I’ve got a full day working and then travelling 5hrs back home. Would I be best training tue,wed, Saturday,Sunday. That would leave me with 2 rest days back to back rather than&hellip;</p>
