<p>I was doing PP REST PPL REST</p>
<p>I do always go for form over ego lifting as I always end up hurting something then</p>
<p>So now it&#8217;s UL R UL RR 9 exercises approx 18-20 sets total</p>
<p>It&#8217;s really frustrating die to not even going heavy heavy but seem to pick injuries up regular </p>

<p>I&#8217;d start by tidying up your diet, follow a training and diet plan, add in some cardio, then see how your body responds. You&#8217;ll likely re-comp a little just by doing this. Then you can start chipping away at your diet and/or increasing your output as you go. If you want to speed things up, dig deeper. </p>

Closer to the show my carbs went from rice to pineapple post workout.
