My weight lately has been going down pretty quickly (8lbs in 10 days) and I’ve been thinking about incorporating some refeed days to fill back up a little. Recent bloods have come back as:
TSH: 0.588
FREE T3: 3.6pmol/l
FREE T4: 18.1 pmol/l

Would you recommend any increases based off these results?

Also, would there be a best time to take bloods post taking the thyroid? I take them at 7AM on an empty stomach.

Thanks
