Bloodwork was done Dec13, last competition was oct26. After the last competition i took everything out immediately except testosterone, which i reduced slowly. At the time of the bloodwork i hadn&#8217;t taken anything for a month.</p>

<p>I have an inflamed elbow tendon (at least that&#8217;s what the doctor said)</p>
<p>I can hardly move my arm because of the pain and have been taking a break from training for a week now.</p>
<p>I have now ordered ppc 157 and hope that it will help me. My plan is to inject 250mcg twice a day, does that sound good?</p>

<p>30mg winnie daily last 4 weeks</p>
<p>12,5 mg exemestane / daily</p>

<p>What i dont understand is that you normally cut water and salt and load with carbs to get the muscle full.</p>
