<p>Check your sodium / potassium levels/ magnesium levels</p>
<p></p>
<p>Too much of any electrolyte can have negative consequences </p>
<p></p>
<p>For me personally, my sodium tends to be low in bloodwork, so I make an effort to get electrolytes in. I think for most bodybuilders eating clean food, they likely need more sodium, but let bloodwork answer&hellip;</p>

<p>But I also hear that an anti-inflammatory diet (fruits, veggies, fatty fish, turmeric) is good for health, and thereby probably good for bodybuilding too.</p>

<p>I saw faster strength gains with Upper Lower and Full Body then with Push Pull Legs (though my training age was younger when I did them), so was thinking of optimizing for frequency. </p>

<p>I&#8217;d love to hear your feedback on it, just did my first session of it today, to get a feel for things. Only 4 sets of quads, but I was quite satisifed with the quad pump!</p>
