Lowered appetite (can’t eat, can’t grow), increased injury risk due to strength rise, increased toxicity which in take will reduce growth periods and worsen bloodwork.</p>

This estrogen was elevated for maybe 10 days tops. As Immediately after i went back to my regular arimidex dosage that keeps it within range. The bloodwork came out quite small, screenshot and zoom works fantastic.</p>
<p>I forgot to mention that my strength is truly fantastic at this time, energy levels are also quite good. My logbook has held and in some areas even improved from 195lbs. </p>

<p> Thank you so much for your information, in reference to your comment of “pulling back” are we talking dropping calories? If so how many usually? Sortov a tightening up phase? Or just lowering into maintenance, pushing perfomance and trying to grow into that weight? </p>

<p>Currently running 50mg test weekly (puts me @1160n at trough)<br />
Logbooking lifts<br />
Tracking food/meal plan which I progressively pull from to increase deficit.<br />

Seems to not be highly spoken about in the pro ranks, however I’ve seen incredible gains in strength and performance.
