<p>Sleep has been ok, 6-7 hours a night, that&#8217;s pretty much what I&#8217;m used to.</p>
<p><span>Appetite is always high, energy through the day has been alright, and motivation is good other than my frustration with this issue at the moment.</span></p>

<p>I’ve been in a surplus for 4 months, having gone up from 85.5kg to 90kg in that time. I’ve run UL for the majority of that time, with strength progressing relatively consistently until about 3 weeks ago. Since then, I’ve been stuck at the same weight / reps (even losing a rep in some sessions) for the majority of exercises.</p>
