<p>Rest day for me today, but a very busy one. </p>
<p>Client work first thing before an In person check in with Kuba. He is happy and seems confident that we are very much on schedule, and I feel we are too which is great to feel. I will be cruising in the show nice and fresh. </p>

I just can’t justify staying on the 150/700 cycle . I ask myself why? Why do I need to take that? I know I can keep 80 percent of my strength and size on 100 test 200 primo , or whatever combo feels the best , and just train and enjoy feeling great all the time. Hmmm . And doing the 150/700 every 8 days vs 250/700 every 7 days is also going to be noticeable . <p>There’s 0 need to run “cutting cycles “ </p>
<p>Test and primo does an amazing job either way, drugs don’t make you lean…. Diet takes care of that and then all we have to think about is using ones that don’t make you retain water which generally are the ones that are the “healthier” option such as mast or primo </p>

<p>You can look great on just some extra test beyond trt and then something to help control estro / bring some polish &#8211; like primo ontop . If the total mg between the two is 300-400mg , that’s going to be a big change vs just 150mg test ( trt)</p>
