<p>Just curious, if legs are a weak point and i needed more mass in my quads and hamstrings would you recommend still starting with hamstrings everytime or have an A and B and start with ham isolation on one and quad isolation on the other?</p>

<p>No questions from me today just wanted to share my progress from today cause the session was just fucking amazing.</p>
<p>Got +1 on all 4 of my pressing sets, finally increased weight on the prime lateral after 3 weeks of just getting it from 4 reps to 8 which was amazing, didnt get the plus 1 on the first set of pushdown but i feel like its&hellip;</p>

<p>I did Tricep pushdowns unilateraly for almost a year until i couldnt progress them anymore, recently i changed to pushdown bilateraly and after about a month its still very hard to progress despite being a slightly diferent exercise.</p>
<p>I think it might be time to rest on pushdows for a while and try something overhead since i havent in&hellip;</p>

<p>I have been curious about spliting volume across sessions, for example, i have two upper sessions an A and B and my weekly volume for a body part is 6 sets.</p>
<p>What would be the better aproach, doing 2 sets for that body part in session A and then 4 sets on session B focusing more on that area or just doing 3 sets on both sessions.</p>

<p>My right shoulder is rounded comparing to my left one, this has been causing a bigger and bigger imbalance between right side and left side (mostly chest and lat) even tho i do unilateral work and always start with the right side. </p>
<p>I cant feel my right pec stretching nor contracting.</p>
<p>Any tips would be much appreciated.</p>

<p>Currently im doing 2 sets of prime lateral raise machine as my 3rd exercise, the 1st set i have it on setting 4 (middle to end) and on the 2nd i switch it to setting 5 ( middle to begining ).</p>
<p>Is this alright? Or should i change the settings so i can get more out of this movement.</p>
