Not sounding dickish but if intensity and execution aren’t optimal, legs will always be lagging.</p>
<p>You’ve also mentioned your knee injury which occurred from training, so maybe subconsciously you are holding back in fear of re-occurrence. If you are looking for another powerlifting style programme but a change up from 5&#215;5 you have loads of popular options such as Wendler’s 5/3/1 or juggernaut which would give you more of a “top set” approach. Lifetime pb 125kg barbell shoulder press for 6 reps which all felt really good. Not much else to add to be honest. Everything is going well. I’m just kind of wanting to feel like I’m on prep which I don’t yet. Not feeling much leaner if at all and eating a lot. Wanna feel and see some changes. </p>

Push movements are still being stubborn but considering that we just started pushing food since the mini cut I’m happy with how it’s going.  Any progression (form, reps, weight, etc) is still progression in the log book.  </p>

So that being said I trained legs today so I can start next week with everything back on sync as should be . It’s meant I’ve done 3 on , so day off tomorrow with a big lie in first then back at it on Monday with delts &amp; tris 🙂 </p>
