<p>    I live out in the middle of nowhere and only have access to one gym. It&#8217;s very equipped when it comes to free weights but has next to no machines. I&#8217;m looking for advice for how to setup U/L with heavy compound free weights like Bench Press, Incline Bench, Barbell Squat, Deadlift, RDL etc. I do enjoy these exercises.&hellip;</p>

I just had surgery last night on my hip. They reattached my labrum that I tore off and also filed down large calcium buildups on my femur. They had to cut part of my quad, hip flexor and glute to get to it. Anyone experience this before just curious how long til I get back to training.
