Had a great Pull session this morning.  But first, to close out yesterday.  I hit my MACROs and felt great doing it!  I have been doing well for 2 or 3 days and then blowing out the CARBs for a day but I am now just 6 days from final check in pictures (hypertrophy coach challenge) so I need to lock things down like I did the&hellip;</p>

<p>If you&#8217;ve tidied up execution on calves, then you&#8217;ve progressed. If you stall again though, there are other ways to add a new stimulus to a movement without always adding load or straight reps. You can use a rest/pause, drop set, pauses, switch up the rep range, take shorter rests for example. Switch up the exercises too -&hellip;</p>

The rohm primo is defo right but I only have a couple bottles left , if I get more I’m happy to keep using that as I can feel it’s right , will be a mix of that and dimensions , or just the dimensions primo &#8211; depends what I have to hand 🙂 </p>

You don’t need any orals, you don’t need 1g of test. Your 21 and playing a sport ! I understand being heavier will be useful , but this cycle will shut you down totally from being able to function . <p>Reality &#8211; a week on 50mg dbol alone and you will feel awful ! </p>
<p>Add in anadrol ontop and you may feel poorly</p>
<p>Add superdrol ontop and you defo will feel poorly</p>
