<p>I will start by changing my training. Thinking back, I had a period of time where I followed a John Meadows programme and didn&#8217;t feel smashed even though some of the training was hard and I had a lot of muscle soreness. <p>I’m looking for some help/advice on how to juggle training and life quality.</p>

<p>Firstly, I really enjoy training. A good hard session is the highlight of my day. </p>

<p>I am currently training 4 days a week:</p>
<p>Mon: Lower</p>
<p>Weds: Upper</p>
<p>Friday : Lower</p>

<p>I personally keep my diet the same on rest days vs training days, I have chrohns so like to keep things as consistent as possible.</p>
<p>Many others, especially elite guys and girls have a big difference between training and rest days. </p>

Got this from John Meadows and worked miracles for my knees. </p>
<p>Maybe turn your feet slightly outward (not too much).</p>

Personally, I find when my attention is scattered everyday that I feel more anxious. Quitting caffeine and social media made a huge difference for me.</p>

<p>I guess you would find the reps you can currently do with your weights and try and increase total reps session upon session.</p>
