Thanks peter!I’ve added in already but maybe a little to high been doing 12mg daily, that’s off Dante’s Instagram but will drop it down to 9mg from Monday.

Hi wondering if anyone can shed some light on these please?
46 year old and natural was getting levels checked and seems test is decent for age but sbhg is high, they recommend boron to help?

I have used it for past three months, my main focus has been to lean up, I am a lot leaner now than three month ago but
My actual weight is only few pounds less, so maybe the Turk as allowed me to hold muscle? Strength is also very good! So I do believe it has an effect! I also don’t use anything else, think it’s worth a try to be honest
