<p>What is the reasoning for this? Injury prevention? Increased stress on the targeted muscle? Something else?</p>

<p>Your deficit is calculated from your current activity levels. Reducing your overall expenditure will affect whether you are in a deficit or not.</p>

<p>A lot dose of test is ideal. Higher doses cause excess water retention. Which will negatively impact your runs.</p>
<p>For larger endurance events e.g. hills phase of selection I found that 125mg of test is was the sweet spot for me.</p>
<p>Before giving further advice, have you had any bloodworm done? </p>
<p>What does your training look like?</p>

<p>Thank you for getting back to me and giving me your advice. I do see the benefit to greater variety and hitting rear delts when I do my pull work. I am focusing on thickness in my pull days, so it makes sense to throw rear delts on this day when they are being hit hard with a lot of rowing movements.</p>

<p>This is a classic example of theory not working out in practice. I never considered the build up of saliver. Would you say that the dose of 3g a day being comparable to 500mg injectable? Am I better off manning up and adding it to my l&#8217;carnitine injections back into by roster?</p>
