<p>1st of all you shouldn&#8217;t have trained until your 100%, your just putting yourself backwards. I always have activated charcoal in my cupboard. This bug is going round and doing the number on ppl. I had a flare up yesterday and took my charcoal which thankfully stopped it in it&#8217;s tracks.
