<p>Running:</p>
<p>Monday &#8211; 4 mile easy </p>
<p>Tuesday &#8211; 6 mile interval session</p>
<p>Wednesday &#8211; 4 mile easy </p>
<p>Thursday 6 mile including tempo effort </p>
<p>Friday &#8211; off</p>
<p>Saturday 10 mile </p>
<p>Sunday 5 mile easy </p>

<p>I have purchased vital and heart care so will add those into the daily routine.</p>
<p>Should I keep love heart at 4 caps per day or reduce to 2? </p>

<p>Looking for help on blood pressure and general health on TRT. <span>Blood pressure 130/82 &#8211; I want to bring this down to 120/80.</span></p>

<p>150mg test per week (1 injection) </p>
<p>Weights 3 x per week </p>
<p>Run 5-6 x per week </p>
<p>Weight 94kg about 18% body fat. Currently on a cut and 5kg down </p>
<p>Supps:</p>
<p>Multi vit </p>
<p>Vit d3 </p>
<p>Love heart &#8211; 4 tabs per day</p>
<p>Magnesium </p>
<p>Potassium </p>
