<p>About me:</p>
<p>&#8211; 23 years old, 192cm, started at 82kg, currently 88kg (~8% BF) and looking drier than when I started</p>
<p>&#8211; Brazilian</p>
<p>&#8211; 5 years of serious training &#8211; 7 years of training in total</p>
<p>&#8211; Working 10+ hours/day in finance, so recovery and stress management are real factors</p>

Might be exactly what I need to keep pushing without switching gyms or splits</p>

Currently 92 kg at 190 cm, around 13% bf (photo is ~1 year old, up ~6 lbs since then).</p>
<p>Work in private equity, so schedule is very inconsistent. Have been running full-body for 2 years. At this point, I’ve basically maxed out almost every machine in my gym (hitting the full stack for 10–15&hellip;</p>
