<p>no im currently not taking digest pro but that also not the type of solution im looking for right now. i know it will do wonders but i want to tackle the problem at the source in order to understand my body better keep a tool like digest pro for when food becomes really high. i will try the pineapple as that sounds like a good idea.</p>

<p>I broke my hand last year and because of that i wasnt able to train my upperbody for 11 weeks. I maintaind my calories and because of that i got really fat as i was already nearing the end of my Bulk. After a litle phase of trying to get my lost muscle back ive decided to cut. I am currently going from a re muscle gaining phase ( because of an injury ) to a cutting phase as my body fat levels are to high to productifly go into a bulk.
