<p>Just curious but is 7 days post shot a normal time to be checking? I was always checking 4 days post shot as per Dr direction. </p>

<p>I don&#8217;t follow a fixed cardio schedule per se. I just am currently aiming for 12K steps/day. So on more sedentary days I have to throw in some LISS cardio on the treadmill. </p>
<p><span>I do 3 weeks of higher volume, with sets in the 12-20 range (depending on the movement) followed by 3 weeks of lower volume higher weight with reps in the 6-8 range. </span><br&hellip;</p>

<p>This is a bit of a correction diet because I went to Mexico for a week and went a bit overboard. I will be posting pics and progression of the diet. I do have omega 3&#8217;s in. I should add in a bit more detail for sure. I&#8217;ll map out everything in a bit more detail here in next update.</p>

<p>Sorry didn&#8217;t post that. My intra is the above mentioned 15 Grams EAA 10 grams glutamine. Except on nightshift I down this about 30 minutes before training as I&#8217;m a bit pinched for time on those days and find it better than just going fasted. I also throw in a Nuun tab sometimes on night shifts. </p>

<p>Currently am cutting down from a high of 274 (a fat 274), and sitting at 228 this AM after a chill vacay week in Mexico. My meal timing is kind of split up as I work shift work and am sometimes days 6am-6pm or nights 6pm-6am. On nights I&#8217;m waking up in afternoon and slamming 15 G EAAs + 10 G glutamine before training and then&hellip;</p>
