when getting bloodworks done how long before it’s drawn and how (i.m. or subq) should GH be taken when getting the igf1 score to see if it’s decent?

Well bloods don’t lie especially being taken two times… so the other ppl have another source?

With the bloods u took u can be sure ur gear is bunk.
On 500 test u should feel a lot an notice a huge difference in sex drive, strength, mood etc.
Btw never heard of the lab but I am located in Germany…

The break should at least be 6 weeks. Better would be 8+

Btw got tested their deca, test e and primo. All bang on. Deca was 260mg instead of 250mg and the test was 240 instead of 250. V good

High end of normal range is perfect if u don’t have any sides

Deus Medical primo is bang on. Had it tested at Janoshik couple month ago and came back slightly overdoses 🙂

Btw: what lab does ur source have?

U can get it lab tested. Cost for one sample is about 70-80€. I use Janoshik and this way u can always be sure that what ur taking is actually what u want to take.

When injecting IM do u use the same insulin pin every time? Or do u draw each shot from the vial?

Asking because I used to draw 10iu from the vial and then shoot 2iu SQ with the same pin each time.

But I’ve read a lot about doing IM. Just feel uncomfortable regarding sterility.

Personally don’t know about Medicare but have heard good things. If u have acces to real Pfizer I’d spend my money on this…

How was it?

I’d just stay consistent with, I.e. 20 pieces (10tuna, 10 salmon or whatever u like) and see if u get what u want from it. Can easily increase or decrease from there

I warm the vials in hot water. 60-70 degrees Celsius. Leave em in for few minutes. Job done 🙂

You could go with 25g or warm the oils up before injecting. That’s how i do it and it makes a huge difference

1 meal post workout. As meal above

Then two more solid meals in your three hour window at night

Done. 6 meals and loads of calories 🙂
