Have a drink of MPS Max/EAAs with Sustain/Performance Fuel if you don&#8217;t want to eat, or MPS Max/EAAs with a banana, dark chocolate and pink Himalayan salt.</p>

<p>Small incline Y raises – 1 set, 8-12, 2 sets, 12-15</p>
