Planning my U/L/R but more I’ve planning more just staring blankly at works and feel like I’m possible missing or worried I’ll end up think I’m missing something and adding to much which ofc I’ll figure out within a few weeks of not recovering. </p>

<p>Quick rundown, currently 4 weeks into my growing time, obviously a long long way to guy which I&#8217;m excited for just aiming to beat the log book and gradually increase my weight.</p>

But this is what I have so far based of my upper lower I’ve been doing previously.</p>
<p>Due to gym option as in new country this is the split. </p>
<p>FB1/ R / FB2 / R / U / L / R</p>
<p>FULL BODY DAY 1 </p>
<p>(2 sleeps since last leg) lighter leg heavier upper)</p>
<p>•30degree Incline Smith x 1</p>
<p>•Nautilus Shoulder Press x 1</p>

I’ve Decided this will be my split until December when I head back to the UK.</p>
<p>Believe this will give me the best frequency, I understand I just need to slightly be careful of volume on the FB1 session due to 2 sleep from hitting legs.</p>
<p>But anyway not a question about volume as I’ll figure that out&hellip;</p>

<p>But yeah to the issue, would you slightly change it up as 0 gym in an hour radius is open on a Sunday, so it’s thrown me off lol. </p>
