<p>Currently in a growth phase, but needs must.. </p>

<p>So previously i was training each muscle once per week:</p>
<p>Chest/delts (3 chest/3 delt)<br />Back (4/5 back)<br />Hams (4 ham)<br />Rest<br />Arms (2 bi/2-3 tri side delts)<br />Legs (4 quads   adductors)</p>
<p>Typically 2 working sets for larger muscle groups  </p>

<p>I’ve been stuck at 238lbs, so ran 4 consecutive low days (sub 50g carb &amp; 30g fat) which has brought the condition in nicely, in such a short space of time.</p>
<p>Decided to refeed yesterday with 550g clean carbs &amp; woke up this morning 8lbs down!?  How is this possible? Still flat considerably tighter&hellip;</p>

<p>Just received my hormone panel results &amp; was looking for some feedback in terms of how to optimise things.<br />
Im not an expert, but can see my estradiol is high, aswell as Prolactin..</p>
<p>I’d been running test @ 450mg &amp; deca 300mg prior for around 6 weeks. But i’ve since dropped the deca for tren e (200mg) as i felt like shit/anxious.</p>

<p>Nope, weight’s actually dropped as in a bit of a tidy up phase. Could be from the influx of hormones with intro of TRT do you think? </p>
<p>My hunch is that estro may be on the increase, as left nips flared up. I’ve recently added Proviron at 50mg also, as of yday.</p>
<p>But won’t know until i re-run bloods..</p>

<p>The above were taken using an arm cuff (boots) monitor.</p>

<p>I previously have used bro &amp; PPL prior to taking a year out (was assisted at the time &amp; several years under my belt training).<br />
Been experimenting with upper/lower recently &amp; strength’s been increasing. I’ll likely run with this for a while before progressing back to PPL? </p>

<p>I’ve been back in the gym for around 6-8 weeks, after a year or so lay off (previously trained for 10+ years, recent years used PED’s) &amp; would say that i have a decent level of muscle remaining.<br />

<p>Just wanted to pick your brains. Currently looking to make improvements to my bis &amp; hams specifically, so wanting to hit them x2 per week. Everything else is pretty balanced overall. What do you think of the below split? Low volume sessions, high intensity, focus on progressive overload..</p>
