Volume isn&#8217;t very high and tbh I think that helps me in knowing I may only have 2-3 sets per movement so I really need to go&hellip;</p>

However yesterday&#8217;s lower session&#8217;s fatigue has not carried over but instead I just have sore legs which is absolutely fine with me. </p>
