<p>I have been running U/L/R repeat for the last few months.</p>

<p>Ive been cutting since beginning of January, with short maintenance breaks inbetween, currently weigh 74.7kg @ 5’9. not looking to get super lean, just lean enough to go back into a longterm bulk. Do i need to continue dieting or should i stop the cut? </p>

<p>Which workout split would be most beneficial if my rest days are inconsistent? Because due to the hours i do and i do shift work also, the days i train and take rest days will alternate and some days i cant go to the gym otherwise il only get 5 hours sleep so id rather take that as a rest day.</p>
