First time using it on &#8220;prep&#8221; (i am not prepping for a show, only trying to get very lean&#8221; and I like it a lot.</p>
<p>For me, the thicker blood with more oxygen has helped me keep my performance in the gym high. I never been this strong at this bodyfat percentage before.</p>

My friend didn&#8217;t say what doses she was told to use, but I would assume its the pretty &#8220;standard&#8221; dose of 100 mg of primo, 10-20 mg of anavar and winstrol.</p>

<p>I have never tried EQ before so I was thinking about starting a 20 week or so cycle in a month or two.</p>
<p>Test, EQ and Nandrolone.</p>
<p>Last time I tried low test high deca. It worked very well initially and reached all time strength, however in week 12 or so when I got to 1200 mg of deca a week which was pretty insane for me I didn&#8217;t really feel&hellip;</p>

I assume you go straight into pushing body weight and strength after that and then how do you cycle? This is included 1 day every 6th days where I am at maintaince at 3500 calories.</p>
<p>At this High Day I have been experimenting with 3 IUs of Novorapid after meal 1,3 and 5. I have 100-125 grams of carbs with these meals. </p>
