Very similar to how its laid out in his Training Principles ebook. I&#8217;ve been running the book version since January with very good results. Recovery was good so I started like yours 3x week and bumped it to every other day. So far so good.</p>

Pull 1 has tricep rope pushdowns listed. Is this tricep focused pushdowns or the lat pull-over rope movement? Wasn&#8217;t sure if its meant to have triceps hit two days back to back like that. Also, on push 2, what is a &#8216;narrow press up&#8217;? Says to add weight if possible. Thanks!</p>
