We have mitigated fluid after the front load and the fullness has stayed. </p>
<p>Couldn’t be happier how this prep has gone. We enter peak week number 1 tomorrow 1<br />
More low day! And then repeat the process. Very very excited! </p>

Went with 465C 40F yesterday as I felt post workout I didn&#8217;t need much more so didn&#8217;t want to push to 500.</p>
<p>Today I woke exactly as full and as hard as I want to be on stage and extremely happy with the look. In fact if I had tanned and maybe taken 1/4 dyazide last night I would have been happy stepping on stage today &#x1f602;</p>

<p>Happy Monday</p>
<p>Hope you&#8217;ve all had a great day.</p>
<p>Normal one for me with work and training &#x1f642;</p>
<p>Session was great &#8211; I feel good. Just very flat today and for flatter as the session went on.</p>
<p>Condition is pretty good right now so in a good place to do this &#8211; we have 7 meals with 85-90g carbs in each and we will see how we are.</p>
